2. Do you offer OEM or ODM services?
Yes, we provide OEM & ODM customization, including chair design, color, materials, and packaging.
3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is usually 50–100 pieces per model, and small trial orders are welcome.

4. How long is the production lead time?

Normally 25–35 days after receiving the deposit, depending on order quantity and customization.

5. Can I get a sample before bulk production?

Yes, samples are available for quality checking before placing a bulk order.

6. What payment terms do you accept?

Usually T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment). Other terms can be discussed for long-term cooperation.

7. Do you provide a warranty for your chairs?

Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty for normal use and free replacement parts if any defect occurs.
